A new layout, For The Birds (FTB) RR was built in conjunction with the Georgia Garden Railroad Society membership and Train Installations, LLC with Pondscapes Atlanta installing the wall and water feature during the months of March and April 2011. Plants and birdhouse buildings have since been added and there are plans to add more and expand the layout in the future with a logging line separate from the dual mainline of the current railroad. Additional switching facilities will be added in a future phase. Plans are to also add battery power, sound cards and remote control to all locomotives.
